Digital Collage on Fine Art Smooth Paper

90cm x 60cm / 35.4 inches x 23.6 inches (Unframed)

90cm x 60cm x 2cm / 35.4 inches x 23.6 inches x 0.8 inches (Framed)

Description:

These works form a tight visual series. The artist explores openness, the readiness for dialogue, and presents three symbolic moments: integration, communication, and the attempt at human contact. Each collage is built with drawing-based techniques, but the center of the space is intentionally left empty — a void where something could happen, yet does not.
Interestingly, none of the figures speak. None make eye contact with others. Each seems absorbed in their own isolated world — wrapped in a kind of protective layer that blocks meaningful interaction. The series stands as a symbol of 21st-century communication, where in the era of digital exchange, we speak to each other without truly seeing one another.
We direct our words toward others — individuals and groups — yet full dialogue is absent. It has long been fractured. The artist suggests that we have adapted to living inside the shell of our electronic devices, within the comfort of the cloud. We send emotional signals as emojis, yet show no trace of those emotions on our actual faces.

Availability: Available (Both framed and unframed options)
